Technical Support Analyst
The Technical Support Analyst provides technical assistance and support to end users (hospital employees and patient families) regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role is critical for maintaining the smooth operation of technology systems and ensuring the timely resolution of technical problems.
This is a remote, part-time position (24 hours/week, Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM CT) located in Little Rock, AR. Orientation and training will require in-person attendance at the Little Rock office, 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday, for up to 4-6 weeks (days of the week could vary).
